Each 45 minute session includes  

~Deep breathing exercises (often with essential oils) 
~Mindfulness through listening/movement/touch/singing
~Stretches and postures that are intended to invigorate your child’s body
~Postures and activities that are intended to calm and relax your child’s mind and body

~Guided Relaxation & Storytelling

Elissa Cirignotta has a BA in Special Education, a MA in Teaching, her 200 hour YTT/Barre Certification and over 13 years of experience as an Educator. She runs a small private practice in Portland and provides consultation, professional development, & direct services to school districts across the state.
