Vinyasa practice is dynamic, uniting the movement of the breath with the movement of the body. A flow is attained by setting a personal intention for the practice, linking the breath to the movement of the body and staying mindfully connected as we move through creative sequences that will both challenge, inspire, and empower. Expect to create space, move fluidly and open your beautiful heart. Build both strength and flexibility in this more continuing class. Expect to intelligently explore backbends, inversions and arm balances.
