Testimonials:
“I attended my first yoga class full of doubts - I’m not flexible, I’m not good at following instructions, I don’t like group classes etc....BUT by now, I have to admit, I am a yoga convert. I’ve been taking Elissa’s yoga classes once to twice a week for several months and it has quickly become a favorite part of my day. I suffer from chronic pain and stiffness in my lower back and hips from an injury; taking the hour or so out of my day to focus on stretching, strength building and stillness has made a huge difference with how my body feels day to day. I wish I would have known years ago what a difference yoga could make for my body!
This hour long break in the middle of our crazy hectic lives has been the favorite work perk among many of the employees! We are given the space to engage our muscles and focus on something other than work! It has been a great way to shake off the stress of the day and add exercise into our weekly routines. I am VERY thankful for the opportunity to take this class with Elissa. She works with us at our differing and unique levels and encourages us to reach farther than we can grasp while honoring our bodies limitations. She is thoughtful and organized.
I’m grateful for Elissa and for a company that encourages health and wellness.”
“My experience with Elissa has been absolutely wonderful. I first met her when she came to Happy Lucky for “take your child to work day” and taught our kids yoga. She really did a wonderful and very creative job engaging the kids (of all ages), and each one of them loved it. As for me, I have done yoga before but as life goes, got busy and was finding less time to practice. Having Elissa come to our office once a week is such a blessing. It gives you a chance to relax and get a great workout in even with the hustle and bustle of the workweek. Each class is different and we learn new poses and challenges every week. Elissa is professional, friendly, positive, and inspiring. I leave each class with a clear mind and feeling completely revitalized.”
“I can’t imagine a more beautiful spirit teaching our yoga class. Elissa’s kind demeanor, uplifting smile, and genuine enthusiasm has made our yoga sessions purely delightful. I look forward to her instruction and am grateful for her energy, especially at the end of a long work day! ”
“Yoga is hard and it makes my legs shake. Sometimes I get really sweaty, but that’s ok. Elissa has a funny way of making me want to come back to class, two times a week. I believe that she may be using forcses not of this world. Either way my back and my hips feel better and my downward facing dog looks awesome! ”
