YOGA for Kids

For Kids ages 5-12

 

 

 

Each 45 minute session includes
~Deep breathing exercises (often with essential oils)
~Mindfulness through listening/movement/touch/singing
~Stretches and postures that are intended to invigorate your child’s body
~Postures and activities that are intended to calm and relax your child’s mind and body
~Guided Relaxation & Storytelling
